Anella Garness is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who received her M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Central Florida. She has over 5 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults in both outpatient and residential settings. She has extensive experience with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders. Her areas of interest also include trauma and resiliency which resulted in her decision to become trained in EMDR.
