As a licensed mental health counselor I work with adults, adolescents, and couples. I believe that helping people deal with problems begins with a trusting relationship in a nonjudgmental environment. Whether one is an adult struggling with depression and/or anxiety, an adolescent struggling with low self esteem and identity issues, or a couple experiencing difficulty in their relationship, I can be of help. Additionally I work with adults who are dealing with chronic illness.
