Hello and welcome. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with post-graduate training in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), a cognitive-behavioral approach. I have extensive training and practice with meditation, which I find increases my sensitivity and awareness in the therapeutic relationship. My approach is gentle, yet challenging. I’m collaborative and interactive and sessions tend to have a conversational feel to them. I mostly encourage clients to work on current problems, while simultaneously explore historic patterns.
