I am a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish). I see therapy as a journey of self exploration where you can utilize strengths and skills that the person already has but is unaware of. Sometimes, self-exploration can be challenging; for that reason, I like to guide clients in their journey by honoring their autonomy and resiliency. "You can become the best version of yourself."
