Hi! My name is Angel Emmanuel and I am excited that you're here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker from the Windy City (Chicago, IL). With more than 9 years of experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting, I am passionate in helping people. It was through my day to day interactions that I recognized the needs of my community and I decided to provide quality one on one therapy. I received my education in Illinois, where I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Family and Child Studies in 2012 from Northern Illinois University and my Masters of Social Work in 2014 from the University of Illinois at Chicago. During your first session you can expect a warm virtual hug. I am devoted to creating a very comfortable space where you can unwind. The floor is yours once we establish a bit of housekeeping. We will then explore your therapy goals and begin to develop your treatment plan.
