My ideal client is someone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, or ready to heal but unsure where to start. They may be coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions and are seeking a safe, nonjudgmental space to gain clarity and strength. My goal is to help them build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and rediscover their resilience so they can create a life that feels balanced, empowered, and authentic. I serve clients in Warren and surrounding communities, including Sterling Heights, Detroit, Eastpointe, Roseville, Troy, and nearby areas.
