A graduate from Missouri State University, I enjoy working with adults, couples, and those carrying the burden of childhood wounds. I have focused my work in Somatic-Based interventions, using the body's wisdom as a key ingredient to the healing process, along with EMDR. This approach aids in my interest to work with disordered eating issues as well. As a therapist, it is my goal to consider all parts of your lived experiences and embrace them with acceptance and compassion as we navigate through the process of restoring a new sense of self.
