I believe in providing compassionate therapeutic services to individuals or families who are feeling overwhelmed by life’s challenges and seeking a path toward healing and growth. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions and want a supportive, nonjudgmental space to process their emotions. Their goal is to regain a sense of control, build resilience, and develop practical coping strategies to improve their well-being. As a military veteran, I bring a wealth of personal and professional experience in working with individuals who have endured trauma or been exposed to traumatic events.
