I work primarily with intimate relationships (couples, marriages, CNM relationships) and with adolescents and young adults who may be struggling with or looking to explore issues around transitions, sex and sexuality, LGBTQIA+ identity, grief and loss, depression, and anxiety. I also have experience working with fellow therapists in both individual and relational contexts. I enjoy helping people to think of themselves as a system living within larger systems that may be serving them or working against them. I work collaboratively with each person I meet because I think it is vital that therapy be tailored to what is best for you.
