With over 10 years of experience as a therapist, I have had the privilege of witnessing profound transformations in the lives of my clients. I use an intuitive approach to therapy, and focus on what is needed by each individual. With a strong foundation in Trauma Work, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Relationship Counseling (EFT), I am equipped to tailor therapy to meet the unique needs and goals of each person. I have worked extensively with trauma, anxiety, depression, and couples. I also have a background in Expressive Art Therapy, Music, Nutrition, Integrative Mental Health and Spirituality. I incorporate these in therapy when appropriate.
