Welcome to Positive Mind Counseling! I'm Angie and I am glad you found me. I am excited to start this journey with you. First thing, Positive Mind Counseling is a virtual private practice working with clients residing anywhere in California. I enjoy helping everyone, but my specialties include working with those struggling with relationship issues, PTSD, postpartum depression, parenting, depression, anger and anxiety. My background includes working in forensic mental health in the county jail which has equipped me to understand and treat complex diagnoses like PTSD, Major Depressive Disorder, anxiety, anger and other adjustment disorders. I enjoy working with formerly incarcerated clients and teach skills that assist with reducing PTSD, anger, anxiety/depression.
