Welcome, therapy takes a commitment from both of us and I will meet you where you are today to help you get to where you have been wanting to be. My modality in counseling utilizes CBT, DBT, ACT and a Solution Focused strategy. Many of my clients begin noticing improvements in their mood and sense peace relatively soon. I specialize in helping clients develop the skills to move past depression, anxiety, painful break ups, feelings of abandonment, co dependence. Conveniently located in Colorado Springs but offer remote sessions as well.
