My practice is client-driven, meaning that each session is focused only on the client's needs and goals - not on my personal agenda. I want each client to feel as though they are making measurable progress, so all of my clients are involved in creating their own treatment plan. My approach is straight-forward, compassionate, and non-judgmental. My number one desire is to work with each client to achieve peace, happiness, and hope. I am experienced in CBT, DBT, EMDR and IFS. I work with ages 10 and up. I also work with lots of couples and families. I am a retired 4th and 5th-grade teacher and love working with children and teens. I am certified in EMDR Therapy, and am a Certified IFS counselor, as well. I am also an Assemblies of God pastor.
