I believe that everyone is capable of breaking patterns that hold them back and cultivating fulfilling relationships. This is the starting point for all of that! Together we'll help you build a secure sense of self and confidence in who you are. Let's get started! I enjoy working with young adults and adults. I specialize in working with trauma and PTSD and am EMDR certified. I also work with depression, anxiety, self-worth issues, and women's sexual health. I use a variety of techniques, such as IFS, EMDR, and strengths-based approaches to teach skills, increase self awareness, and process past wounds.
