The decision to seek therapy is a courageous one, and I have the utmost respect for individuals who take this step. Whether you are in need of short-term support and solutions to move through a difficult time in your life, or whether you seek the opportunity to do more intensive work on habitual patterns, therapy can be crafted to your individual needs. I enjoy working with individuals who are new to therapy as well as those with previous therapeutic experience. In addition to private practice, I am a co-founder of SpringSource Psychological Center, where I supervise excellent clinicians with immediate availability for new clients.
