If you are looking to support your personal experience or your child's experience with autism, sensory processing difficulties, persistent drive for autonomy/pathological demand avoidance (PDA), anxiety, ADHD, or self-esteem, a dual approach of mental health counseling and art therapy can be especially beneficial. I enjoy providing a safe, healing space for children, teens, young adults, and parents who are seeking affirmation and support of neurodiverse experiences. Providing art therapy and creative interventions are central to my integrated clinical mental health counseling approach.
