As a clinician, I am committed to offering empathetic and compassionate care to individuals (including adults, children, and adolescents), families, and couples. I have experience working with persons experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, ADHD, and those who have experienced trauma. I am committed to providing clients with a safe, accepting, and supportive environment in which they can explore their thoughts and feelings, as well as process past trauma. Additionally, I am experienced in working with clients who would like to learn coping skills and techniques for increased emotional regulation.
