“My goal is to work together to create positive change by offering a safe and warm environment for clients to learn, heal, and grow.” Whether searching for a counselor for yourself or your child, I enjoy working with clients of all ages and considers it a privilege to journey beside each client as they experience life transitions, anxiety, OCD, relationship issues, school related issues or learning differences, or traumatic experiences. My philosophy is strength-based, whether working with a child who is struggling emotionally and may benefit from play therapy or an adult who prefers to work collaboratively through a cognitive-behavioral approach or a trauma focused approach.
