I work with people who are wanting change in their lives and desire a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. Together, we can discover what barriers exist and build a plan that incorporates your strengths while adapting to the challenges you are facing. My approach is to guide you in a better understanding of yourself so you can thrive in your relationships, work and sense of self. I offer services that are trauma informed.
