I believe that life is a journey. In this journey, life often has detours, obstacles and challenges that can lead us off our desire path. Together in therapy we will work together to begin to travel down the new desired path and journey in life. I use a client centered focus to meet you, the client, where you are and allow you to determine your goals and focus of therapy. I use traditional talk therapy techniques as well as Run Walk Talk (c) and mindfulness techniques. In Run Walk Talk (TM) sessions we take therapy outside the office to move together through walking or running. This enables us to open new thought patterns, build confidence and focus on the connection between mind and body. This approach along with food and mood conversations build a whole self wellness perspective of therapy.
