My name is Angela Helms, LCSW, CASAC 2 and I reside in Central New York. I graduated with a B.A. in History from SUNY Cortland and eventually went on to obtain a Master’s in Social Work from Binghamton University. Becoming a therapist was a natural fit for me, as I love helping others and seeing them become their best selves. I have two adult daughters and four grandchildren. I love spending time with my family and having bonfires with them.
