Hello, my name is Angela Hernandez and I am an LCSW with experience with 8-25-year-olds focusing on behavioral issues, anxiety, self-harming behaviors, and stress. Being able to focus on strengths and starting where the client is at is fundamental for therapeutic success. I am a very forward therapist who believes in being real with my clients helps to build rapport and trust in our relationship. My heart is with children and young adults to see them work on change to help them in their adult lives. I am big on CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and SFT.
