I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who works with adolescents, adults, and families seeking meaningful change and healing. I specialize in mindfulness-based therapy, sex addiction, eating disorders, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapy, women’s issues, and the unique challenges faced by partners and families of individuals struggling with addiction. I am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Multiple Addiction Therapist (CMAT) Chemical Dependency, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) trained, and a certified Rainbow Advocate & Educator (RAE).
