Supporting the supporter. Currently taking: young adults, new parents, pregnant/postpartum, and supporting the support person! I see individuals going through changes or new stressors in life. Whether you’re getting settled into college, adapting to young adulthood, or currently/recently pregnant. I’ve had my fair share of stress. While pregnant, I had Hyperemesis Gravidarum (HG), and I understand how difficult it can be to find meaningful support, and how isolating those moments may feel. I carry those experiences with me as I hold compassionate, nonjudgmental space for others. I would be honored to be that support for you!
