My goal is to partner with you to provide a safe place where you can feel heard, supported, and develop the tools to meet whatever challenges you are facing. Forms of therapy utilized include Grief Therapy, Strength Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, (TF-CBT), DBT, and Motivational Interviewing.
