Helping people to find connection, recognize their strengths, and empower them to live healthier lives is my mission. I believe in life-long learning and growth, and enjoy helping others re-author their stories and find new purpose in their lives. As a previous Montessori teacher, I have many years of experience working with children and their families. Children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families are all welcome.. Together, clients and I create a holistic, integrated and trauma-informed approach, considering the client, their situation, and our relationship. Our work together incorporates different modalities, in an authentic, warmth, and non-judgmental way. Our differences are assets and provide opportunities; varied lived experiences are valued and welcome.
