My clinical experience includes working with adult individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts. I believe in working closely with individuals to further assist them in understanding the impact that depression, anxiety and trauma have on different areas of their lives. I also believe in the importance of fostering a warm, welcoming, and safe environment in sessions in order to make the therapeutic process one of authenticity and self-discovery.
