Hello, I'm Angela. I began my career in marriage and family therapy after raising three children and following my military husband around the world. My journey into this field was driven by a deep desire to support military families, including couples counseling, divorce, and blended families. For several years, I concentrated heavily in this area, and in the last three years, I have shifted my focus to working with military veterans, particularly in trauma work. Additionally, I have expanded my practice to counsel a wider population of people through online formats. I am trained in EMDR, CPT, CBT, Attachment, and often use ACT.
