I am a highly skilled and compassionate therapist with over 10 years of experience in the field of addiction and mental health. I treat adolescents, adults, couples, and families affected by mental illness and/or addiction. More specifically, my clinical interests include anxiety, depression, adjustment to life transitions, grief and loss, trauma, relationship and family conflict, and substance misuse or abuse. I enjoy supporting individuals in achieving their clinical goals and pride myself in curating individualized treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each person/family. I believe in meeting each individual where they are at, utilizing a strength based, motivational, and harm reduction approach and specialize in the use of evidence-based practices including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, prolonged exposure (for PTSD) and other supportive therapies.
