I’m an EMDR certified Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20+ years of experience specializing in trauma-informed care and holistic mental wellness. I’ve worked with diverse populations from adolescents to active-duty service members, in settings ranging from acute psychiatry to outpatient care. My approach blends evidence-based therapies like EMDR, CBT, CBT-I, and SFBT to help clients heal, build resilience, and navigate life. In the span of my career, I've worked with numerous populations that include individuals in acute and outpatient psychiatry, as well as perinatology, and active duty special operations service members.
