Choosing to begin therapy is a courageous step, and I want you to know you don’t have to go through this journey alone. My role is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and supported. I understand that depression, trauma, and relationship or family stress can leave you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself—and I am here to help you find clarity, healing, and hope. In our work together, we will explore not just the challenges you are facing, but also your strengths, values, and goals. I use evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapy.
