I combine my knowledge of therapeutic theory and research to tailor the therapy to fit each client. I am especially skilled at working with a variety of relationship issues, including parent-child, romantic, and workplace relationships, working closely with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I have extensive experience in working with culturally diverse individuals and families and am fully bicultural/bilingual in Spanish. I have extensive experience in the following treatment areas: depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, LGBT, stress management, self-esteem, marital issues, health and illness (with specialties in cancer and HIV), grief and loss, with many years of experience in health, community mental health and private practice.
