Whether you’re carrying the weight of unresolved trauma, struggling to manage ADHD, or trying to rebuild your life in recovery, I help you slow down, make sense of what you’re feeling, and create new space for growth. My goal is to support you in building emotional resilience, healthy boundaries, and a more empowered relationship with yourself. This is about lasting change—not perfection. It's about learning how to live more fully, with intention and authenticity. I am dually licensed as an LPC and LAC and I focus on modification of lifestyle behaviors, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and encouraging self-awareness through motivational interviewing. Additionally, I focus on trauma, mood and anxiety related disorders, self-esteem, challenges related to life transitions, and addiction disorders.
