Finding your way to therapy can be a challenge. Even getting this far shows self-awareness, courage, motivation, and the ability (as slight as it may be) to consider that things could be different. Together, we can discover your goals for therapy and how I can help you achieve them. I work from a client centered model and highly value trust within the therapeutic relationship. I would describe my therapeutic style as nonjudgmental, empathetic, and direct. I often find that humor and levity can also bring surprising depth to sessions. I work with children, teens, and adults. Currently, I have openings for preteens, teens, and adults.
