I’m Angela, and I believe therapy works best when it feels safe, human, and real. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can take off the armor, slow down, and begin to understand what your mind and body have been trying to tell you. My role isn’t to “fix” you—it’s to walk alongside you as you reconnect with yourself and move toward healing in a way that feels right for you.
