As a licensed marriage and family therapist, I help adults recover from trauma and complex PTSD using EMDR. Trauma can leave you feeling anxious, disconnected, emotionally overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer make sense. I provide trauma-informed therapy for adults who are struggling with the effects of trauma, PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties.
