I provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, who are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship difficulties, separation/individuation issues, and identity crises. I particularly enjoy working with teens and young adults who are developing their sense of self and their place in the world. I also work with couples who want to improve their communication and understand each other better.
