I work with teens (15+) and adults who feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, anger, loneliness, or disconnection. You may notice painful relationship patterns yet feel stuck in cycles that are hard to break. Many of these patterns are rooted in trauma or early attachment experiences. In our work, I offer a warm, attuned space where you feel seen and safe. Together, we gently explore how your past shapes your present, strengthen self-understanding, and build new ways of relating—to yourself and others—with greater security and choice.
