I'm a queer mexican-filipina therapist, here to create a safe and inclusive space for folks of all intersections, with a focus on those at the intersections of BIPOC and/or LGBTQ+. I adore using parts work, inner child healing, narrative therapy, and EMDR to honor and enhance your natural strengths. I also use emotionaly focused couples therapy to nurture compassion and deep understanding amidst couples.
