I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida (LMHC), Master’s Level Addiction Professional (MCAP), and National Certified Counselor (NCC). I am specialize in EMDR and have many years of experience providing therapy and support to clients with psychological, emotional, mental, and interpersonal difficulties including clients with substance abuse problems and victims of domestic violence. I have a wide experience working with people who present concerns related to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, relationships, addictions, and abuse. Therapist and client work together to develop the individualized treatment plan according to the unique needs of the client (including goals and objectives for therapy). The holistic approach is implemented to help clients reach their goals and transform themselves to achieve a fulfilling life.
