Angela has her Master of Science degree in School Counseling and over the past three years has worked with students K-12 as a School Counselor. Angela has also worked with children and adults of all ages in her previous careers, helping them to work through various life stages and through extreme trauma. Angela believes in utilizing a person-centered approach, along with a focus on mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to find what works for each individual and strives to help people to help themselves to build their self-efficacy and focus on the future.
