Greetings. My name is Angela and I am a licensed clinical social worker dedicated to the well being and success of my clients. I have twelve years of experience serving clients who have lived with mental health challenges from depression and anxiety to personality disorders, psychotic disorders and substance use. My primary focus is to support my clients to learn to master their goals, seek new challenges and overcome life's obstacles. I am compassionate, practical and thoughtful. I will work with you at your pace and provide you with the tools needed to grow, feel better and persevere in your life. My approach is solution focused and goal driven. I collaborate with my clients to create a strategy to overcome life challenges, improve relationships and manage life transitions. I employ aspects of various treatment modalities from CBT, DBT and Solution Focused Therapy. Together, we will create a plan for you to achieve reasonable and obtainable goals.
