In our lives we all face challenging situations and circumstances. During these times it is helpful to have support to assist in managing these situations. I strive to create and maintain a nonjudgmental, friendly, and warm environment to discuss and work through difficult circumstances that have occurred, or are occurring, in your life. In our counseling relationship, you can expect a supportive space to talk about vulnerable feelings while learning how to make changes in your life. Therapy with me is laid back and you can expect to laugh, feel heard and find comfort while talking about difficult topics. I help individuals to create the future they envision for themselves as we work through past hurt, pain and trauma. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, motherhood and postpartum concerns, daily stressors, life transitions and addiction in a collaborative effort to best meet your personal needs. I specialize in perinatal concerns and addiction.
