I work best with clients who are navigating the impact of trauma and are seeking a safe, supportive relationship to support healing. You may struggle with feeling grounded, trusting others, or finding balance after experiences such as abuse, assault, or neglect. You may want to feel seen and accepted, yet may struggle with your sense of self and identity. Together, we focus on building safety, resilience, and self-understanding through a warm, and collaborative therapeutic connection.
