At the heart of my work is a genuine, compassionate connection rooted in years of personal and professional experience—because when people feel truly seen, heard, and accepted, they can reconnect with their own strength, wisdom, and sense of worth. I will work with you to uncover attitudes, beliefs and behaviors that might be getting in the way of what you truly yearn for in life. I take an integrative, holistic approach to therapy and will work hard to authentically connect with you to get to know your unique situation and needs before crafting a treatment approach in collaboration with you. I have been practicing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in a variety of roles and settings since 2003. I continuously seek training in a variety of evidenced-based approaches and methodologies, including EMDR, IFS, CBT, somatic therapy, and mindfulness. I'm able to help with a wide range of issues, including trauma, anxiety, and life transitions.
