I support caregivers, life transitions, parenting, giftedness, ADHD, Autism, PDA, anxiety, twice-exceptionality, stay at home parenting, faith crises, faith transitions, and religious trauma. Whether you need help parenting, need support navigating a mixed-neurotype partnership, or are ready to try new tools to manage your own ADHD or Autism, I provide neurodiversity affirming care. Faith-related struggles: In this tender space, I am here to help you process your experiences while honoring your values and beliefs. I currently have sliding scale slots available for parents of special needs children. For individuals, I use a strengths-based approach to process issues and work towards goals. I also love to incorporate art therapy techniques if the client wishes (yes, even for adults!) For couples, we explore the roots of issues and improve relationship skills. I am trained in Gottman levels 1 and 2, and RLT level 1. Couples appreciate my assertiveness.
