I specialize in Couples Counseling and Individual psychotherapy (in-person and/or telehealth). I offer a compassionate somatic and trauma-informed approach. We'll look at how you get stuck, explore your sensitivities and needs, and create a safe space for healing. Using mindfulness and a kind, warm tone of voice, I invite you to bring a gentle nonjudgmental curiosity to where you're feeling stuck, frustrated, sad, or any other feelings creating distress.
