Accepting NEW clients at our new Highlands Location! Each of us learns how to cope and develops patterns of relating to others based on our life experiences. Simply put, we do what we know, what we’ve been taught, or what has been modeled for us. If you’re reading this, chances are something isn’t working and you might be feeling restless, hopeless, angry, or some other combination of feelings. And you aren’t alone. I will help you sort through those old patterns to understand them while also developing new skills to address your feelings and problems using a relaxed, nonjudgmental and mindfulness-based approach. I believe my relationship with my clients is the single most important contributor to their success. As such, I am not a 'smile and nod' kind of therapist. You will find me engaging and interactive, working alongside you as you develop the skills you need to tackle life with more patience, kindness, and compassion- for yourself and others.
