Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I received my Masters degree from Grand Canyon University. I have been practicing for 5 years and I help adults and adolescents who struggle with depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, stress, relational concerns, trauma, and burnout. I help clients become the best versions of themselves. I enjoy working with clients on an individual bases, as a family, and in a group setting. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, make sure we vibe, and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
