Angela Rowden, LCSW My approach to therapy is focus on what will help the client achieve their therapy goals in the most effective way. I think being honest and real with client is essential in development of a strong therapeutic relationship. I use behavioral models like CBT, DBT and I working on being certified in Solution Focused Brief Therapy. I am also a trained EMDR therapist which is helpful for patients with complex trauma and other conditions. I work with a wide variety of clients of all backgrounds. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, substance use disorders, and trauma starting at age 12.
